A Bit of Bunundrum. It was advertised as a chance to reunite any snugglebunnies who were struggling to find their little sing-song partner, complete with donuts, leftover Valentine's Day candy, and ear plugs. The last are for the benefit of human attendees, who after weeks of being surrounded by singing rabbits repeating the same five notes over and over, may be slowly running out of sanity. So there's snacks set out in the form of multiple flavors of sweets, with paper plates and napkins for folks, but also a jar of those cheap foam earplugs purchased in bulk. The last is sitting at the very end of a pop-up table, free for the taking. Of course, so is everything else, so...
Peyton is rarely on time for anything. She lives on Peyton Time in Peyton Land and she's the Empress of it. However, she has a needy ball of cotton candy that has been whiny. Peyton strolls in wearing all black. Her eyes are heavily lined. Her lips are nude with a swipe of gloss. She has a black cross body bag on her for now. Her eyes are silver tonight as she looks over the Valentine's leftovers. A slight curl of her lips in something of a smirking sneer.
On her left hip is that bag. A trilling song comes from inside of it. As soon as the song comes up, the very tops of pink ears poke out. They turn to the left. They turn to the center. They turn to the right. There is nothing ... yet. So those tiny little pink ears go center and droop forward. A soft little sad noise is heard from inside.
Peyton takes this moment to look at the bag and then finds a chocolate piece of candy to offer to the item/critter in the bag. "I know you didn't steal this, but it tastes sort of the same."
Viktor is, for his part, currently splayed out on one of the picnic benches, with his back pressed up against the table for support. Both elbows are propped up against, his legs stretched out in front of him and his feet spread mostly--mostly because there is currently a small rabbit in an eye-searing shade of fuchsia sitting between them, nibbling not on grass, but picking up one of those chalky candy hearts with the words on them and shoving them in its little face.
It's highly likely the little creature was carried here in the pocket of his hoodie, which has a series of classic horror movie monsters splashed in an acidic shade of yellowish green across the chest, under the words "CREATURE: Finest Horrors in Skateboards."
He's staring down at the little fuzzball, brows furrowed as he watches it devour a truly unholy amount of sugar. "I don't know, little guy, but here's hoping."
Rome rolls in on a skateboard, a cross body bag strapped to her chest, pink ears poking out of the unzipped top, while her bun hunkers down on a bag of warm food and gorges itself on a boba tea carefully balanced in there. It took her less time than you'd think to teach a snugglebunny how to use a straw. "They can't sing if they're mainlining sugar. Choking hazard."
The courier is dressed in jeans and a t-shirt that reads It's the Circle of Trash with an illo of someone holding up a raccoon, presenting it to everyone around. The tee's blue, and she has a zip up hoodie over it worn open, more snacks stuffed into her pockets. She pops her board when she comes to a stop, grabs it by the strut, and wanders over to drop into a seat at one of the benches, not far from Viktor. She picks a bun up by its scruff and deposits it and a small boba tea on the table, then digs out a big bag of diner fries to set out for people to enjoy. Should they not wish to also mainline the sugar.
She grabs an order of nuggies from the bag and pops one into her mouth. Then she takes some time to arrange a little circle of gummi fruit-shaped candies around her bun. "I was kinda worried when these guys showed up that it'd be a cute till they eat you in your sleep thing, but they seem really docile and cuddly. I guess that's for the best." She sounds a little disappointed.
Peyton sees the little critter in front of Viktor and her own is fished out of the bag. One might note, it looks unwilling. The front little paws are holding to the cross body bag while the feet start to thump. They more: ThumpThumpThumpThumpThumpThumpThumpThumpThump at Peyton. The blonde doesn't seem to care though.
"Look, Sneak, you have to stop pouting. Valentine isn't a real holiday okay? It doesn't magically bring you love."
She sounds like she's had this conversation a bit. There is a feeling it's one sided. There is a noise of twittering that sounds like the pink 'bunny' might have just said something rude to the blonde. However, Peyton puts the sweet pink critter of cuteness on the table by Viktor's.
"Now. Fall in love or something."
She waits.
Sneak finds a chocolate and sits on it's back feet and nibbles on it. When it's brought closer to Viktor's 'bunny' there is an annoyed THUMPTHUMP before silence. Those pink ears go separate directions. One to the left. One to the right.
"I mean, little guy has not eaten my face yet," Viktor replies, looking up from the little bunny that is, at present, in the middle of pulverizing a heart that only has the letters 'ISS' left on it. All the rest of it has been nibbled--or more likely chomped--away. "But I did find him gnawing through some wires in one of the arcade machines that sounded kinda like its song. So the potential for mass property destruction is very real. Maybe we should just be glad they don't have opposable thumbs."
When Peyton appears in view, he lifts his chin in a quick greeting. "Hey, Peyton," he says, one corner of his mouth tugging up into a half smile. The expression honestly looks more than a little wry at the pronouncement of 'now fall in love', even if it was meant for the snugglebunny and not for him.
Said bunny stops its munching when presented with another potential pairing. No success so far, or it probably wouldn't have been dragged out here into the Central Square in the hopes that maybe, maybe, it would stop singing that blasted song at three in the morning. It stares blankly at Sneak. Then it blinks. Then it stares some more.
Eventually, that five not song is sung. Can bunnies sound skeptical? Bunny sounds skeptical. Hmm-hmmHMMM-hmm-hmm. This does not look like its BFfF (Best Friend for February).
"It damn well should," Rome says to Peyton. "If ever there was an excuse to heaux down, it's February." She maybe meant Valentines Day, but it's possible she absolutely did not. She shoves another nuggie into her mouth and picks up a little cup of fries. She asked the diner to pack them into cups instead of the usual little baggies, because grease migration. They oblige her stupid requests sometimes, because she's besties with one of the waitstaff, and also brings them treats as a collective.
"Oh, did you name yours?" She calls over to Peyton. "I should do that." She stares at Peyton's bun, then her bun, and then glances down at Viktor's bun. "Oh, yikes. Nibbling wires." She points at her bun. "No wire nibbling. I need all the wires in the apartment, and that's a vintage jukebox. Vintage. I don't even know how we'd fix that." At the trilled song from Viktor's bunny, Rome's little boba tea addict perks up, abandoning its sugar, and turns its ears toward the song.
And then the little shit repeats it right back, with more enthusiasm and less skepticism.
Joey comes in flush from he cold. One hand looks scraped up a bit from maybe a day ago, and he's wearing broken in jeans and a Harriton fleece lined jacket typical for the construction and maintenance people working outside in the cold for long hours. Everything about him might have a light layer of dust really. The small bun stays somehow perches on his shoulder as he comes in; claws attached to the nylon.
He looks around with a glance as if sizing up the room- it's gonna be noisy. He greets an uttered, "Sup." it's not a question but it is an effort to be sociable. Looking to Rome confused, "You figure out how to get em to stop doing that shit?"
Tig and Joey already had plans to see if their little snugglebuns were mates today, but when the call went out for an actual meet-and-greet for the little critters and that they would be offering donuts, well, a change in plan was necessary. She's casual, today, wearing jeans and a light leather jacket, and a t-shirt featuring the Trash Heap from Fraggle Rock with the declaration, "The Trash Heap has spoken!"
In her arms is one of those cute little pink bunnies that coo and sing. When the song of the other bunnies brought to the gathering catches their ears, they perk up and start to sing a little melody back. The answering calls don't seem to excite them, and their ears droop a little.
She sees Joey just arriving and makes her way over there (after a stop to get a donut for herself, and a little piece of heart candy for her buns) "Hey!" she greets. "How's the-- Woah!" Her buns has suddenly gotten more active now that she's closer to Joey, and sings out a trill of hopeful notes.
Shirley had been buried pretty heavy at work but made sure to take tonight off. She is in her usual satin and lace and ruffles of black with bright pink accents and her usual heeled combat boots that give her an additional six inches in height, which doesn't do much. Flower, her snugglebunny, is in their papoose and the same color as her outfit. She immediately goes for where the snacks are, "Oooh Donuts I am starving," She reached to grab one of the glazes ones, tearing it apart and offering some to Flower.
The mention of a vintage jukebox gets Viktor's attention, and he tilts his head back to try and catch sight of Rome where she's settled down at the picnic table. "If your little monster gnaws through some wiring, just give me a call. Electrical repairs is what I--," he's in the middle of saying, when his snugglebunny's song gets echoed back.
At this point, he recognizes it. Of course he recognizes it. He's probably heard it a few hundred times by now. There's a bit of a wince at hearing it again when he it sinks in: not from the bun he's been carting around in his pocket for the last week and change.
Hmm-hmmHMMM-hmm-hmm goes the little rabbit again, this time at top volume. Apparently, it has a set of pipes on it. No wonder Viktor put out a jar full of earplugs.
It also has a set of legs, hopping down the length of the table at top speed, ears pointed directly at its bestie. Partner. Mate. Whatever. Snuggling is about to be had at full force. Incoming rabbit.
"Oh, god," is all Viktor says. He has no idea what to expect, but it's probably not a cage match.
There is a pause from Peyton as she watches the people walk in. Rome gets a once over at the declaration. "I'd rather not." Ignore the girl that might have just ended up in a relationship. "I mean, I like the idea of it causing people to spend money on me." There is a hopeful look towards Rome on that and then fries. Peyton doesn't even ask permission. She moves over and starts to take some of those fries.
They are pushed into her mouth as she upnods towards Viktor. Then Joey walks in and Peyton pauses. Her eyes study him like a bull would a red flag. There is a moment before she shakes her head and oh. There is a Tig showing up. Peyton moves back towards her pink 'bunny' that has it's ears up at all the singing happening. "Oof. Sneak, we almost got ourselves in trouble." Shirley and Tig are also given an upnod as she watches the interactions of the critters.
Rome looks from her bun to Viktor's to Viktor as he offers that repair and she nods, perhaps about to say something about it, when their snugglebunnies both tune into each other and then sing in tandem. She scoots a little away from the bun, nuggies in hand, watching. "Oh, god," she echoes, because she has never seen that bun move so fast, or take as much interest in non sugar things as it does when it sees its song partner. Hers sidles to the ledge and looks down. She considers it, then reaches over to airlift the bunny to the ground, carefully, then tucks her feet up on the bench to watch the aftermath of snuggling.
She doesn't call Peyton out for fry theft, so there's a better than average chance those are to share. Like, she didn't just show up to eat a massive bag of many servings of fries in front of other people. "Hey," she lifts a hand somewhat absently to Shirley, Tig, and Joey upon their arrival. "Nope, just along for the ride," she says to Joey. She hasn't yet noticed their bun engagement over there, because she's ground zero for this song sharing over here. Hmm-hmmHMMM-hmm-hmm is repeated, and then the little dudes sing it together. "Aw, they're so happy, look at 'em go."
Flower starts flailing in the papoose which causes Shirley to drop the part of the donut she was trying to feed to her snugglebunny. She coos to it, "Alright, alright, I will let you down, relax." She carefully unwraps the snugglebunny and sets them down and it begins to sing it own tune, looking for their match. Shirley picks up the fallen donut and wraps it in a napkin for now, Flower may still want it later. She offers waves hello to everyone present and moves to grab herself another glazed donut, smiling as she takes a bite while watching the snugglebunnies.
Joey might lose an ear in a moment as the rabbit on his shoulder tries to launch itself from his head. There's a brief reflex from him shifting his features to literal chiseled features as his skin momentarily becomes hardened like a rock to keep the rabbit from scraping the shit out of him in a scurry. He catches the uncoordinated critter half lunge and sets it to the ground like one would a cat. "Yoooou do not learn do you?"
That rabbit makes a beeline toward the other couple running around and sings its little song looking hopeful instead of damp. It looks to the one Tig brought with her sniffing it out and waiting for the callback. It was somewhere!
Skin returning slowly to normal Joey checks himself for damages shaking his head. "They ain't gonna relax, Shirl." Looking to Tig he says "Ya made it. So outside of bunnnysitting how is everyone doing?"
Everybody gets a friendly upnod from Tig as she struggles to keep her snugglebuns from excitedly leaping out of her arms to the ground as it hears its match's song. "Hold on there," she says to the squirming buns, as she carefully puts them on the ground. Immediately it takes off towards Joey's bun and returns its call hopefully.
She lets out a small sigh. "Bunsitting would be so much easier if I didn't have a huffy ferret to look after who was absolutely incensed that I dared to bring home another animal." She lets out a low sigh. "I've had to keep them in separate rooms all month."
"Well, would you look at that," Viktor mutters, both of his brows shooting up at the hardcore cuddle happening there on the grass. "And here I was starting to think you had an imaginary girlfriend that I definitely wouldn't know, 'cause she lives in Canada." It's a dry delivery, that line, but he also sounds... hard to tell. Happy? Relieved? At least relieved.
One hand reaches up towards his beanie, pulling it down a little lower on his head. It doesn't hide the scaly skin along his hairline entirely, but it covers most of them when he pulls it down.
Blue eyes flick over to Rome. "Looks like we're going to be arranging playdates," he says, before stretching that same hand out towards her, presumably for shaking. "Viktor."
"Dafaq.." Peyton offers as her little 'bunny' comes to attention. The thump thump of it's foot as it stops and looks at Flower. It's almost like little friendship heart bubbles move above their head. A soft little shrill noise and then the notes are snug as it starts to move towards Flower. Sneak stops in the middle of moving over to it and poses. It's little hand paws lift above it's head before it's ears twitch.
A spin and a shake of that pink tail before it spins again and starts to bounce. The little pink fluff is grooving to the beat of it's own tune. Then it wiggles it's nose and tries to swing in a circle again. Obviously, trying to tempt Flower to a dance.
Flower begins to dance with Peyton's 'bunny' as they sing back. Shirley watches with absolute delight and hope as she wonders if her snugglebunny found its match. Flower continues the dance and is soon all snuggled up close and cuddly, nuzzling their match.
Joey squints at the rabbit reunion and says "Shit I don't think anyone's been that damn happy to see me in my life. What the hell they all get up to?" Looking to Peyton he says "Exactly." She gets it.
meanwhile Joey helps himself to a donut and lets the bun run loose taking a bite. After a moment he responds to Tig's statement, gesturing with the donut, "My brother's a bunny and he couldn't figure the mood thing out best I could tell either. If it's a pain I don't care if they hang out at my place for however long they need to."
Looking to Viktor he says "Think I saw you at the bar for the Wings game. Thanks for grabbin the donuts, man."
Rome hasn't yet been around this many bunnies singing their songs, so when more jump in and the tunes overlap, she glances around, and all the little bunnies perking up and pairing off, singing their songs to each other. "Wild," she says. And then reaches over to shake Viktor's hand. "Rome." She nods as their bunnies cuddle up to each other. "Nice to meetcha. Silver Brook 5th floor."
She finishes off her nuggies and dusts her hands off. "It's bunnypalooza in here." She looks back to one she's been toting around for a couple weeks. "The Canada girlfriend. Haven't heard that one since high school." She does not say how long ago that was. "I think—" She pauses when her phone sounds, pulling it out of her back pocket to check the screen. "Duty calls." She looks from the screen to Vik. "Hey, you want custody of them for a little bit? Can swing back by in thirty after a couple deliveries. But I feel bad breaking them up so soon just cause somebody wants their noodles."
Squeak (aka Peyton's bunny) sweeps Flower (aka Shirley's bunny) into the best bunny tango that has ever existed. This involves A LOT of noise. A LOT of songs. Five notes. Ten notes. All the notes. They are to be swept up in catching up and snuggling up. It's as if their people and the world doesn't exist as they are missing their long lost best friend. It has been a... lonely island... without each other.
Peyton is munching on her fries staring at this. It's not because she finds it adorable like others though, it's because she finds it perplexing. Her eyes slide up to Joey as he agrees with her statement. "I don't know you, but I expect this level of greeting." Wait. Inspiration. She pulls out her phone to take a pic or a video and then it gets sent off to someone. Expectation made.
Then there is Shirley. A cant of her head as Peyton takes her in from top to bottom with her still silver eyes. "Hmmm." A deep insightful comment before she shoves the remainder of the fries in her mouth... like a lady. Her hands are wiped down her black pants before she offers her right hand, mirrored fingernails shimmering, "Peyton. I call my little thief over there, Sneak. It's sneaky. Don't leave things you value around and most definitely don't leave..."
It is that moment that Sneak takes a piece of chocolate to present to Flower.
"... chocolates out."
"At the building potluck thing," Viktor replies, looking over to... ahh, no. He's not sure which of the twins is which. His nose scrunches up for a second (did he learn that from his rabbit?) before his brain processes that comment about 'my brother the rabbit'. Clarity! Clarity. Seeing some guy transform into a rabbit before the islands were overwhelmed with them? Definitely memorable. "Good to catch you again, Joey. How's the dig going?"
His hand wraps around Rome's. There's some calluses there, the effects of years of manual labor before taking on what is, by comparison, his relatively cushy gig in mechanical.
"Silver Brook, second floor. Should make pick up easy, if the deliveries run late. I'm in 200--next to the elevator on that side of the building." There's a squint down at the cuddling pair, one of which has started gleefully grooming the other's ears. "Hopefully two rabbits won't be twenty by the time you get back."
Tig idly chews on a donut watching the pair of snugglebuns... well... snuggle. It's adorable as the coo and sing at each other, snuggling up close, only to split apart and joyously chase each other around the park. "That's probably for the best," she tells Joey. "I can handle one rambunctious, pernicious critter, but two will be the death of me."
When they come back for more snuggles, Tig laughs and just can't help herself as she starts singing,
"Caaaaaaaaaaaaaan you feel the love tonight!
It is where we are!"
Shirley smiles as she says to Peyton, "Shirley and that is Flower. She is pretty well behaved but I will keep that in mind about Sneak. I am glad they found one another at least." Flower happily accepts the chocolate and there a lot more happy chirps and notes after the gift is accepted. "What do you do on the island?" she asks curiously.
Rome gives Vik's hand a squeeze before she releases him. If she notices the scales, she doesn't say anything, but she's a woman who wears experimental makeup. Today's fairly standard, red lips, blue eyeliner, nothing too fancy, though there is some glitter. No commenting on other people's traits, chosen or otherwise, unless they're clearly showing them off for that. "Hey, sweet. Easy. We share an elevator then." She grins and gestures to the table, "Y'all help yourself to the fry bounty. Text me if you need anything. Heading over to the resort, then back in a bit." She said 20. That's not something you can do round trip on the ferry. And yet...
She looks aghast for just a brief moment when Vik says that thing about the bunnies. "No baby bunnies," she says, pointing at her snugglebunny with that command. "Alright, back in a few! Nobody make any sudden moves. I'll bring some extra sugar snacks back with me in case they team up. Best keep them docile." She picks up her skateboard and tosses it down, then skates off toward the restaurants, wheels spinning merrily along. She tucks earbuds in and soon there's singing fading into the distance, loudly and on key. "In the still of the night~"
Peyton is quiet for a moment and then she offers a sort of smirking half-smile. "Make chocolate."
The thing the critter loves to steal it seems. "I found them in my kitchen actually. Sneak is adorable if you are into that sort of ..." She blinks and looks at the snugglebunny just a moment longer. A slow sort of blink. "Is... do they.. look less pink to you?" Sneak is happy and starting to fade to the gray shade he's going to end up. Not there yet though. Just dampening as the match has been found.
Peyton's lips twist again into that ironic smile. "Seems about right, think you are in love and you fade...." RIGHT. Peyton remembers those are her out loud voices and not her inside ones. She turns her eyes towards Shirley again. There is a very faint pink across the tops of her cheeks. "What about you.. Shirley.." The woman's name is said with a bit of upward inflection to make sure she got it right. Questioning more than a statement. "Did you find your match here on the island?" Peyton's brows lower to that as she looks around the room as if suddenly trying to figure out if this is an accidental meetup of a non-bunny manner.
Joey looks to Rome and supports with, "Break up noodz are not as good as regular noodles. True facts." As for Peyton expecting that level of greeting he says "It's always from the people I don't want that greeting from. Good luck with that though." Someone ought to win and he's not specifying what kind of people those are he was citing. He does tell her "Silverbrook, 500." He does not sing with Tig- everyone is welcome for this restraint.
Relaxing a bit with the donut he says to Vik shaking his head, "Little weird at times won't lie. Breaking ground's going easier now that it's fighting back less."
Tig can't even get through the song without breaking down in giggles, and by the time she does, the bright pink coloring of the two buns starts to fade. "Yeah," she says to Peyton. "Maybe pink is their lonely color? Pining for that one true love..." She shakes her head and grabs a donut. "Thank God I'll never have to deal with that. It sounds miserable."
"Oh! Joey! I took your suggestions and gave them to the boss for the crocodiles," she says, as it just occurs to her. "They're going to reinforce the moorings to make sure that they don't... stray."
Shirley happy dances herself as she says, "Sick. I love sweet stuff. I am a bartender over at Tales and Tails myself. And I found mine by a flower pot, why I named it Flower actually. And... they do." She huhs curiously as she watches the pink beginning to fade on the snugglebunnies. She looks curiously at Peyton's words and mentions, "We all go through stuff, haven't really been in love yet. Just alotta lust." She nervously laughs after and shrugs her shoulders lightly. She looks confused, "My match? Oh no. I dunno if they are about but I was rather busy at the bar for the most part or sleeping."
Viktor's eyes trail after Rome at her departure, but it really shouldn't be any wonder why, given the Creature logo splashed across his chest. California based, the company specializes in horror-themed skateboard decks and merch. So it's not so much the woman he's looking at--it's the wheels. "Huh," he says to himself. Eloquent. Real eloquent, that.
But then blinks a few times, looking back at Joey at the comment about the dig. He must be out of the loop. Like, way out of the loop. "It's... fighting back?," he asks. Yeah, Viktor. The dude literally just said that.
The bunnies? The bunnies don't seem to care about his confusion. Nameless Bun #1 and presumably Nameless Bun #2 are currently sharing that hoarded pile of candy hearts, nosing them back and forth at each other like they're sharing the sentiments on them. But snugglebunnies can't read. Right?
"Silverbrook.. 500." Peyton is quiet for a moment as her brain tries to process if that's some kind of Indy car or an address. Then if an address did she just get invited over and then.. "Will there be food there?" She studies him slowly. It's not really flirtatious, but it's not.. not either. It might be the food. Redirect!
Her eyes move over the others as they move about or leave and then fall on Shirley. There is an almost genuine smile. "Lust is fun. I get that. I think most of my bad ideas started from there. They were bad ideas, but they were sure the fun ones. Like the.. you know, not the time." Then she looks towards Tig and is thoughtful. "This must be why I wear black and rarely pink. I'm never lonely. I always have my cave." Her lips twitch again.
"I suppose..." She redirects again to Shirley. "since you are um... critter caretaker of my critter's best friend, I could be persuaded to make you chocolates." Her eyes slide over the woman thoughtfully and she asks, very matter-of-factly, "Cat shaped? Any allergies?"
Looking to Peyton Joey looks confused, looks her over and asks, "Why you want to eat Tig's rabbit? Don't eat the woman's bunny." The address more for Tig to know where rabbit retrieval was, and the rest absolutely confusing Joey. Looking to Vik Joey shrugs. That's a yes. "It's not winning but we dug a few things out and they were filled back. Got a method for it now. Could just be snow affecting the water table too."
Looking to Tig he actually looks concerned? Relieved maybe. "Good deal. Appreciate that. Do not want some mechanical maw going rogue and biting someone and catching blame for that. We all worked too damn hard." He clarifies, "After the carousel horses wandered off I've been concerned about building a track for the alligators going in soooo we're addressing it now."
"I don't know," Tig says with an offhanded shrug. "The whole love thing never interested me. I mean, it's cute when I see it," she says, nodding to the pair of buns who have finally done their snuggling thing and have wandered off to search for sweet treats to nibble or beg for. "But I just don't think it's for me."
She nods in agreement with Joey. "Yeah. People have been revising their construction plans after that. There's some debate as to whether or not we can actually affect the weirdness around here with careful planning. I don't really think we can. Magic's gonna magic, you know? But it doesn't hurt to be prepared."
Shirley laughs softly as she says, "Yeah, not the time but maybe we could have a girl's night and gossip over chocolates?" She looks down at her outfit and says, "Hey now!" laughing a bit as she feels called out, "I like black and pink. Black with any color actually." She perks up at the idea of cat shaped chocolates and says, "No allergies. I just dislike coconut flavored things."
Peyton blinks blankly at Joey. She might be confused too. Then she looks at the bunnies and then back to the man. "Well they better not look tasty then." She's not eating the bunnies. This time. She's not quite that villain of the story. Yet. There is a glance towards Tig. "Love is..." Peyton wrinkles her nose a bit. "I suppose it will happen at some point and not be totally horrible. Tolerable even."
Refocus to Shirley. "I .. don't have much to gossip over however.." Peyton leans in as if she's sharing some deep secret. "I fucking love the tea. I don't like to be in the drama, but I love to hear about it in all it's dramatic glory." Her lips curve up for a moment as she notes their bunnies are graying out and drifting away a bit too. "Okay, nothing coconut. Cat shaped. I can make this work. You bartend you said? I do like to drink. so that could be points to the ... friendship.. area."
Tig chuckles. "Why does it have to happen at all?" she asks. "I mean, it might and I might be surprised about it but..." She shrugs. "I've got me and Archimedes and a few friends and everybody who comes over for Board Game Night and that's good enough for me." She grins, "Some girls have simple tastes."
Joey says to Peyton, "Reddit's good for this. They got you. Or hang out at Public Relations." Why does he know this tip? He has nothing to add to the debate of the rest but walks over and crouches by the pair of bunnies he's partly responsible for. He breaks up his donut for them to devour.
He does say "Why the shit everyone out there so worked up over what people have to have? Who decides this? You be you Tig. if you're going to make bad decisions though make em early and get em out of the way."
