2025-04-24 - Peyton's Wishes, Granted

The following morning, after dawn breaks, Peyton's wishes are granted... sortof.

1. I wish that I had a year of rent. Peyton has a year of rent. Her job will last at least one year and it pays her rent the same as everyone else on Crescent Island.

2. I wish for a pencil that brings to reality anything that I draw. Every pencil creates a real drawing. She will find a pencil in her apartment.

3. I wish for unlimited money. Peyton will find a dollar bill on her counter. Every time she spends that dollar bill, she will find another one just like it on her counter.

4. I wish for a bag to hold anything of any size and weight, but remains lightweight. Peyton finds a very thin gauzy bag on her counter. She can put it around anything of any size and weight and the bag remains lightweight. The item inside it on the other hand? Not as much.

5. I wish for the ability to learn all magic. Everyone has the capability to learn all magic. Not everyone has the time to learn all magic.

6. I wish for a journal that will write out the future. Peyton finds a journal on her counter that writes out "The Future" over and over again within its pages. The earlier pages blank as it goes and when it reaches the end, it starts over again.

7. I wish for earbuds that when shared will allow telepathy between the two people. She will find a pair of earbuds on her counter. They allow telepathy. But then, all earbuds allow telepathy. The users just have to have it first.

8. I wish for all the wishes and magic that I have to remain even when I'm off the islands. All of the wishes and magic will remain. It will just remain on the islands.

9. I wish for a tarot deck when asked a question will give a true answer. She will find a tarot deck on her counter, each card with a very beautiful image painted on it and the words "I don't know" written at the bottom of each one.

10. I wish for a pair of shoes that when worn will allow one to walk walls and ceilings. She will also find a very stylish pair of shoes on her counter. Any pair of shows will allow one to walk on walls and ceilings. It's gravity that prevents one from doing so.

11. I wish a necklace that will allow the wearer to walk through walls. She will find a golden necklace on her counter with a charm in the shape of a door. It will let any wearer walk through walls, so long as they use a door to do so.
    

Let it never be said that magic doesn't have a sense of humor.
