- Up to Something: Definitely trouble. Maybe the good kind?
Pale green eyes twinkle with a kind of perpetual mischief that proudly declares that he is usually up to no good. With a broad grin that is nothing short of infectious, he appears to be in his early thirties. Dark hair sometimes hangs in front of his face, sometimes swept back in that sort of careless tousle achieved only by truly not caring. He's usually got a couple of days worth of stubble and his clothes are often a bit rumpled here and there.
Typically he wears a pair of faded jeans, some sort of t-shirt with a button-down shirt left open over it, and a pair of fairly new combat boots. Topping off his outfit is a generally beat up drab olive green military surplus jacket. If one was acquainted enough with the Kelly Twins to see them often enough, one might notice that Joey and Jaime seem to pull from one collective closet most of the time.
