Matteo

• Helps take care of the park's animals, and especially the horses. Guides trail rides, and can occasionally be seen driving a carriage even if he tends to prefer less direct tourist interaction. More rarely will give a hand to the security team if they need it.
• Runs kind of hot and cold. Not the easiest man to get close to, but he enjoys having a good time and he'll throw fists to protect absolute strangers if it comes down to it.
• Almost never leaves the isles.

Matteo's originally from a rural ranching town in Colorado, but he left before finishing high school to distance himself from the ideals he didn't share with his family. Since then he's spent time on the rodeo circuit, working on other ranches, equestrian facilities, and construction. The last is what originally brought him to the Isles of Wonder as part of the contruction crew.

He didn't really want to leave when the park was finished, and he was hired on to help take care of the park's animals, including guiding trail rides and occasionally filling in to drive carriages. He's been known to assist security from time to time when they need a hand, too, particularly when the hand they need is something like a dog's nose, but he generally prefers to stick with the animals.

A tall man with dark hair and broody brown eyes. He wears jeans and non-white shirts pretty exclusively because working with horses is bound to come with a helping of dust and dirt.
