- Marie-Hélène Robichaud is the Head of Hospitality and Customer Relations at Spellbound Theme Park.
- Marie lives in the resort hotel in a suite located on the second floor and her office is located on the ground floor behind the front desk area.
- She is where the buck stops when there's a complaint. There's always that one customer that always wants to go directly to Robichaud. Employees are encouraged to let them.
- She is one of the more visible upper-level employees, spending a good deal of time with customers at the resort and over at the customer relations center on Spellbound Island.
Marie Robichaud speaks with a distinctly French-Canadian accent. She appears to be in her mid to late forties and is always dressed in impeccable business attire. She possesses a general warmth though it hides a stern side when she chooses to employ it. Her black hair is often twisted up in a loose chignon, blue eyes bright.
