Samson

Inter-dimensional Bureaucrat: Samson is what his world calls a "Xenoi Ambassador." He has Xenoglossy, so he is employed as a translator and a guide to people coming through the portal to his world. He is currently Earth's assigned representative. His world is a high-technology one that has had magic for a long time and embraces it. His people also can control where portals open to an extent. They are confined to a processing facility. Should diplomatic relations continue, he will also be their escort through his world.
Feathered: Samson wears his magically-folded wings proudly. Most often it takes the form of white feathered detailing on his outermost layer of clothing across his shoulders and down his back.
Worldly (literally): Samson has had contact with many many other worlds, to the point where it is almost boring and commonplace for him. He's a font of interdimensional knowledge, though he's not at liberty to share it all.

He is tall and lean with a head of golden blond hair and sharp blue eyes. His shoulders are covered in intricate white feathers that wrap around the front of his arms and up the back of his neck. This layer can be hid underneath his clothing but he often has it on top of it. He favours well-fitting black clothing with silver detailing, but he's also known to wear other Avant Garde fashion.
