This five-story brick apartment building has large windows facing the east and the west to give views of Lake Michigan on either side. It is a light red brick with a rusty tan trim and stonework. There are apartments on all five stories of the large building which is home to a small community garden, a little pond with some shady benches and a small gazeebo next to it, and a terrace out back with a fire pit surrounded by comfortable padded deck chairs for a night out enjoying the lake breeze during nicer weather.
Greenery drapes from the building in the form of planters that are kept tended, floral scents filling the air throughout the spring and summer, and curling green vines near-dormant in the winter.
There is a lot behind the building where one can find several small golf carts for rentals including those with flatbeds for moving furniture. The electric vehicles are kept charged for resident use.
