Located In: Crescent Island
Main Street runs through the center of the island from the northermost end of the crescent all the way down to the southernmost, separating the western inner shore from the eastern outer shore. Small businesses line either side of the road with the residential areas sitting closer to the coastline for the water views. They are mostly made up of multi-story apartment complexes that house the thousands of workers and their families.
Nearest the central square sits the Crescent Island Clinic, Fire Department, and Police Department. None of them are particularly large. The hospital has a helicopter pad on the roof to airlift patients to a mainland hospital in the event of required emergency care that it can't provide. The small fire station boasts three engines and an ambulance. And the police station employs the only actual cars on the island. There are two cruisers which can be seen on occasion, but mostly mounted and bicycle police are seen out and about the neighborhoods.
