One of many employee housing options on Crescent Island, Turning Leaf offers a number of amenities to its residents. Several floors of apartments have water views, particularly on the higher floors while lower floors have views of South Main and the forested area directly behind the complex. Painted a russet stucco color, the building has white trim and accents here and there. A russet and deep green tile pattern leads up the walk to the front entrance and lobby area.
There is a small garage beneath the apartments that allows residents to store their bikes, scooters, and one or two rental golf carts for carting goods back and forth from the shops along Main Street. Out in front, neatly trimmed hedges and rich marigolds add a bit of greenery and life.
