Located In: Crescent Island
On the ground floor of this multi-story building at the corner of Central Square and North Main, is a coffee shop that features a wide variety of different coffee and tea drinks as well as a selection of bottled sodas. Iced coffees, lattes, cappuccino, hot chocolate, chai, and teas can all be found on the menu. There is also a small selection of snack sized baked goods and sandwiches.
Tall glass windows span the entire two stories on the front and one side of the shop, letting lots of natural light pour in. Mobiles of hanging green leaves spin slowly in the air currents between both floors. On the first floor, across from the counter and bakery case, small round tables that can seat up to four if one gets cozy are surrounded by dark wood chairs with round seats and arched backs. The walls are decorated with planters filled with herbs and flowers that seem to grow straight out of the walls.
The second floor, reached by stairs or a nearby elevator, is filled with books on a wide variety of topics, all new. There is a small seating area with a couch and a couple of chairs where one can sit and review a book before deciding to purchase it or gather with friends.
On the third floor is a used book section where books can be bought, sold, and traded for discount prices. This area is a little more dim due to the lack of the huge windows on the two floors below, but it also has a quaint sort of coziness with a few old antique chairs scattered between the shelves for those who might want to sit for a moment.
The fourth (top) floor of the building houses Radio SPL, Spellbound's radio station.
