This ability grants the individual the power to manipulate, control, and create fire. Manipulation allows the user to manipulate existing flame including changing it cosmetically. Control allows the user to feed the flames or dampen them, putting out fires entirely or directing where the fire burns. Creation allows fire to be created from nothing even without the presence of flammable materials.
A roll is required to determine the size of the flame affected based on the level of the ability used or the duration of the fire form at Level 3.
Success Levels:
Fire cannot be created in the vacuum of space, underwater, or anywhere else that fire could not burn naturally. Flames can be added to only the individual's weapons at level two, but may be cast on others' at level three. Fire form only affects the individual. Flames created with this ability will continue to burn until they run out of fuel or are extinguished by the individual.

| 1 | The individual can shift the color of flames as well as make the flames dance or change shape, but cannot change how much fire is present or move the fire from its current location. The individual can sense heat, giving them a sort of heat vision that will allow them to see in a way similar to an infra-red camera within their natural line of sight. |
| 2 | The individual can fan or dampen flames, putting fires out entirely or directing where the fire burns, even moving it onto normally inflammable materials, though those materials will not be consumed in the process. Flames can be added to weapons in this manner to increase their damage; no existing fire needs to be present to do this and successes impact the duration of the affect, not the size. This effect requires a weapon and does not work while unarmed. The size of the fire will be that of the weapon. |
| 3 | The individual can create fire from nothing and can control all aspects of that flame as per the previous levels of this ability. They can also take on a fire form that makes them immune to fire and heat related damage as well as allows them the fiery weapon benefit of level 2 even when unarmed. The number of successes only impact the duration of the form. The size will be that of the individual using the ability. |
Control Fire grants the user a weapon special that can be added to whatever weapon they are wielding at Level 2 or higher.
Control Fire at Level 3 includes a Fire Form that grants immunity to fire damage with a successful roll. This will be handled by the ST who will remove any damage done to the character via a fire-related attack while this form is active.
Since most combats take place over the course of a few minutes and less than an hour, so long as the individual gets a good success on their roll, the fiery effect should last for the duration. A single success may require a re-roll at ST discretion.
