Fortune can be fickle, but the individual who has learned this particular ability can magically sway the odds for or against those around them.
A roll must be done at the beginning of a scene to determine how many targets the individual may affect during the scene. The individual may then cast good or bad luck on that many targets during the scene. The good/bad luck will affect all rolls the target makes for the duration of the scene.
Success Levels:
The target must be within line of sight to receive the luck magic. Casting good/bad luck multiple times on a single target does not stack. The max benefit/penalty is +/- 3.
| Levels | |
|---|---|
| 1 | The target receives +1 to their rolls (good luck) or -1 to their rolls (bad luck). |
| 2 | The target receives +2 to their rolls (good luck) or -2 to their rolls (bad luck). |
| 3 | The target receives +3 to their rolls (good luck) or -3 to their rolls (bad luck). |
