An individual with this ability heals at supernaturally expedited rate and at higher levels can even regenerate lost limbs. Bones will heal first followed by organs and muscle tissue then extend outward to the skin with flesh knitting together last for the most severe of wounds.
There is no roll to activate this ability. It is considered an innate part of the individual's being.
Regeneration requires rest to occur; however, and will not begin until the individual ceases combat, vigorous movement, and is at rest doing nothing more strenuous than holding on while riding a horse. The head and most of the torso must remain intact and attached for regeneration to kick in at all.
Regeneration only kicks in for active wounds that are acquired after the individual develops the ability and that have not fully healed. It will not regenerate old wounds.
| Levels | |
|---|---|
| 1 | The individual heals unnaturally fast. Flesh wounds seal up within hours, impaired wounds heal within 24 hours, and incapacitated wounds heal within a few days. |
| 2 | Flesh wounds seal up within minutes, impaired wounds heal within hours, and incapacitated wounds heal within 24 hours. |
| 3 | At this level, severed limbs can be regrown. Organs can reform so long as the torso is mostly intact. Eyes, ears, tongues, et c. can be regrown. Smaller parts and mostly intact organs can self-repair within 48 hours. Entire arms, legs, wings, and the like take about a week to fully regrow from nothing. |
Regenerative healing takes place after combat is over. Contact an ST to have wounds reduced accordingly.
