Into the Woods is innovative, plant-forward (though not exclusively vegetarian) and has a focus on molecular gastronomy. The space is designed to seamlessly blend inside and outside. When the weather is fair (which it often is) large barn doors to the terrace open to give a stunning view of the botanical gardens. Vines crawl up the walls inside, and there is a large, living wall full of oxygen-giving plants. The restaurant has its own extensive gardens. There is a focus on fresh and seasonal, with impressive and delicate plates. The food here is pricey, but the whole thing is an experience from start to finish.
For those who love food, there is a chef's table at the rear of the restaurant. The bar is made out of one carved piece of oak with a polished countertop and it gives an excellent view of the open kitchen. Although most of the restaurant's menu can be ordered a la carte, the chef's table only offers a tasting menu that changes with the whim of its head chef.
