Located In: Fable Island - Storybook Resort
The standard king guest room holds one large king-sized bed with four large pillows -- two soft, two firm, soft linens, and a thick puffy comforter. The colors of the linens are coordinated to the color scheme of the rooms which are themed to various different rides and characters throughout the parks. Art that hangs on the wall contain fanciful tableaus from the various rides and attractions.
Each room has a small balcony that one can stand on and take in the views of Lake Michigan or of Spellbound Island depending on whether the room faces east toward Spellbound or in one of the other three directions.
Inside, there is a desk, a wardrobe, a nightstand for each side of the bed, a comfortable reading chair with a reading lamp over it, an entertainment center, a mini fridge, a small microwave, coffee maker, and containers for trash and recycling.
The bathroom is spacious and well-lit, primarily white with color-themed accessories to match the room. A large garden tub and shower combination is afforded some privacy with a white inner and outer curtain. Thick plush towels are in abundance and a number is provided for calling the front desk for an array of complimentary toiletries.
