Elmo is a young man with a lithe, athletic physique who looks to be somewhere in his late 20s. He has pale blue eyes, buzzed brown hair, and a single piercing in his left ear. He dresses simply in jeans, t-shirts, and hoodies, for the most part. A silver chain hangs around his neck and a couple earrings adorn his fingers, one a simple silver loop and the other featuring a skull.
