Lou's on the shorter side of average and does not cut an intimidating figure, all slim lines and bird bones, but she holds herself like there's more to her. Her long blonde hair is pulled back, eyes are sharp and dark brown. She's usually in jeans and t-shirts, unless she's wearing coveralls - either way, she's usually got workboots and dirt on her somewhere - grease on her fingers, wiped on her nose, grime on her knees, and no cares to give about it.
