Parker is a young man with a slim figure who looks to be somewhere in his early 30s. He has striking blue eyes, a coif of dirty blond hair, and smooth pale skin that reddens in the sun or a chill breeze. He dresses in smart casual attire outside of work, and fitted suits while on the job. He's especially fond of nice watches, or so it would seem by the expensive numbers he wears.
