2025 Summer Storyteller Series

Run a scene this summer and qualify for the 2025 Summer Storyteller achievement and XP bonus.

To qualify you must:

  • Run and post one public group event to which anyone may sign up.
  • The event must be posted on the event list.
  • The event must be for no less than 3 other people (ST + 3).
  • The event may be limited to 3, or more, depending on ST comfort. Be sure to note this in the event.
  • The event may be live, distracted, or async depending on ST comfort. Be sure to note this in the event.
  • The event may not be a vignette.
  • The event may include trips to other worlds so long as it follows all the rules on the Magical Studies page.
  • The event may include trips to the mainland or anywhere in our world.
  • The event may include encounters with Magical Critters.
  • The event may include Bingo Prompts.
  • Your character can participate in the event that you are STing.
  • The event does not need to be more than one scene/session in length, though it can be if you like.

If you have any questions about what you can run or want to run your idea past staff, feel free to put in a request.

What do you get?

  • The "2025 Summer Storyteller" achievement.
  • 2xp awarded to the character that STs the scene.

What are the limits?

  • You may only earn this achievement and XP award once per character.
  • You may earn this achievement and XP award on multiple characters.
  • The event must be listed on the event calendar, run, and publicly posted by the end of the summer (Monday, September 22nd) in order to count.
